Chromebook Bootcamp (for students)
Each new student MUST register for one of the following bootcamp dates.
Monday, August 5, 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Tuesday, August 6, 9:00 - 11:00 am
Wednesday, Aug 7, 9:00 - 11:00 am

All notifications will be sent after August 1 (including registration confirmation, bootcamp-related changes, etc). -

New students (except for 6th grade) must fill out a Course Selection Sheet. Please fill it out and return it to the person at the top of the sheet as directed by April 5, 2024.
*6th grade does not fill out a course selection sheet. -
Complete medical forms
Incoming students need to submit the following medical information to the MS Office by August 1:- A physical within the last year*
- Immunization records

Dining Hall
The dining hall has food available for purchase at break and lunch. Any purchases are charged to the student's account. No cash is accepted. Students are also welcome to bring their own lunch.

PE Uniforms
Students enrolled in PE must wear appropriate attire which includes a Cascia Hall t-shirt, athletic-length shorts, athletic shoes.
Any questions you have regarding PE uniforms or any other uniforms should be directed to Mr. Mayberry at lmayberry@casciahall.com.

Purchase your Chromebook
Beginning with the 2015-16 school year, Cascia Hall implemented a 1:1 Initiative which requires all students to purchase a Chromebook to use on a daily basis in class.
We also strongly suggest purchasing a protection plan warranty through SquareTrade Warranty. -
Set up myCascia account
Cascia student emails will be available in mid-July.
To log in to your Cascia provided email, please go to http://mail.google.com and use the following information. You will not create a new account.Your email address is firstnamelastnamelast2ofgradyear@students.casciahall.com
Example: nataliesullivan27@students.casciahall.comYour initial password will be Casciatemporary1. (the last digit is the number 1)You must change this password upon logging in the first time. Please select a sentence with proper punctuation: ex. My mom is Nancy. Write down the password at home where you can look it up if you forget it!
*Please note you must connect your chromebook to your home network and log in with your Cascia email credentials prior to the Chromebook Boot Camp in August. -
Sign up for weekly bulletins
Parents of incoming students should start receiving the weekly bulletins after July 1 directly from Cascia Hall. If you do not receive the bulletins, please contact John Santee at jsantee@casciahall.com. -

Dress Code
Students begin the school year in relaxed dress and will begin wearing blazers in early October. Please note that you will need a blazer for school pictures in August. If you have not purchased your blazer at that time, you can borrow one from the school. You can purchase a patch for your blazer in the Commando Bookstore.Detailed information on appearance and attire is available in the 2024-25 Dress Code.
Uniform items can be purchased at C&J/A-Plus Uniforms, Lands' End, or the Commando Bookstore.

New Family Night
All families that are new to Cascia are welcome to join us at Brookside Collective Park! This is a come-and-go event where you can meet other families and members of CPFA (Cascia Parent-Faculty Association). -
6th Grade Tie Dye Day
This event is for all incoming 6th-grade students to get to know their peers, play games, and tie-dye some socks! -
Cascia 101
This is an adult-only event for all new Upper School and Middle School parents. You will hear from school faculty about the dress code, Chromebooks, and more. -
Spirit Day
Pick up pre-ordered spirit wear, find your locker, practice walking your schedule, and more! -
Middle School New Student Orientation
This event will occur in the Middle School gym. -
Welcome Walk
Students will meet as a class for breakfast and then walk to campus together. We invite parents to join us as we welcome students to campus on the first day of school!
