  • Attend Chromebook Boot Camp (Parents)

    Parents who are new to Cascia Hall may watch our video tutorial to get a basic understanding of myCascia and Google Docs.

  • Chromebook Bootcamp (for students)

    Each new student MUST register for one session of bootcamp.
    • Monday, August 4 from 1:00-3:00pm
    • Tuesday, August 5th from 9:00am-11:00am
    • Wednesday, August 6th from 9:00am-11:00am
    A registration link will be available once dates are released.

  • Complete course selection forms

    New students (except for 6th grade) must fill out a Course Selection Sheet. Please return these to the Middle School office in person or by email to Natalie Sullivan at nsullivan@casciahall.com by April 11, 2025.

  • Complete medical forms

    Incoming students need to submit the following medical information to the MS Office by August 1:
    1. A physical within the last year*
    2. Immunization records

  • Dining Hall

    The dining hall has food available for purchase at break and lunch. Any purchases are charged to the student's account. No cash is accepted. Students are also welcome to bring their own lunch.

  • PE Uniforms

    Students enrolled in PE must wear appropriate attire which includes a Cascia Hall t-shirt, athletic-length shorts, athletic shoes. 

    Any questions you have regarding PE uniforms or any other uniforms should be directed to Mr. Mayberry at lmayberry@casciahall.com.

    A full list of uniform requirements can be found in our student handbook (due out on August 1, 2024).

  • Placement Testing

    If a World Language placement test is needed, you will be contacted. Please mark these dates on your calendar for placement testing. Your child will only need to be present for one of the placement testing dates. 
    • Wednesday, May 28
    • Monday, August 4
    The test will occur in the morning, with an exact time to be determined at a later date. 

  • Purchase school supplies

    2024-2025 Middle School Supply List

    *The 2025-2026 supply list will be released at a later date. 

  • Purchase your Chromebook

    Beginning with the 2015-16 school year, Cascia Hall implemented a 1:1 Initiative which requires all students to purchase a Chromebook to use on a daily basis in class.

    We also strongly suggest purchasing a protection plan warranty through SquareTrade Warranty.

  • Set up myCascia account

    Cascia student emails will be available in mid-July.

    To log in to your Cascia provided email, please go to     http://mail.google.com and use the following information. You will not create a new account.

     
    Your initial password will be Casciatemporary1. (the last digit is the number 1)

    You must change this password upon logging in the first time.  Please select a sentence with proper punctuation: ex. My mom is Nancy. Write down the password at home where you can look it up if you forget it!  
     
    *Please note you must connect your chromebook to your home network and log in with your Cascia email credentials prior to the Chromebook Boot Camp in August.

  • Sign up for weekly bulletins

    Parents of incoming students should start receiving the weekly bulletins after July 1 directly from Cascia Hall. If you do not receive the bulletins, please contact John Santee at jsantee@casciahall.com. 

  • Summer reading assignments

    All grades have a required summer reading assignment to complete before the first day of school. These assignments will be released before the first day of summer vacation.

  • World Language Placement Test

  • Middle School Tie-Dye Day

    This event is for all incoming Middle School students to get to know their peers, play games, and tie-dye some t-shirts!

    6th grade will be from 9:00-10:00am 

    New 7th and 8th graders will be from 11:00am-noon

  • Cascia 101

    This is an adult-only event for all new Upper School and Middle School parents. You will hear from school faculty about the dress code, Chromebooks, and more. 

  • Middle School New Student Orientation

    This event will occur in the Middle School gym.

  • 6th Grade Retreat

    The retreat will directly follow the Middle School New Student Orientation. Lunch is provided. 

  • Welcome Walk

    Students will meet as a class for breakfast and then walk into school together. We invite parents to join us as we welcome students to campus on the first day of school!
