Upgrade to WiFi-6 Completed
During the summer of 2021, we upgraded our wireless infrastructure for the Middle School to Wi-Fi 6 devices as well as multi-gig switches. This will provide quicker, more reliable access to critical resources students need during class time.
The upgrade to Wi-Fi 6 will bring a lot of great changes to our faculty/staff and students including:
*Wi-Fi 6 theoretical maximum is not a real world maximum.

- *Speeds of up to 9.6 Gbps which is roughly 3 times faster than our current wireless.
- Improved network performance when multiple devices are connected.
- Less network congestion during digital media creation and editing.
- The ability to provide monitoring of critical infrastructure such as the temperature of the server room, water intrusion, etc.
