TODAY is the Deadline to Submit Forms
School physicals and immunization records need to be turned in by August 1. Students cannot participate in sports, as well as practice, until this information has been received.
If you have not already done so, please log-on to your myCascia account to submit online forms. The forms require one parent/guardian signature. Students are required to sign a few of the forms.
