Online Forms Past Due

Parents: Please log into your myCASCIA account and make sure that all online forms have been completed. If you see a yellow bar at the top of your screen that says "You have forms to review" please look at them. The Medical Information and Release form was due on August 1st. The end publish date has been extended.
